Hidden Woodlands Spring Workshop II - West Dorset/East Devon - (9th May 2026)

Join me on my second Hidden Woodlands Spring Workshop, and I will take you to some of my favourite spots to find hidden bluebells and wild garlic, and help take your photography to the next level

We will spend 7/8 hours in the field at different locations across the West Dorset/East Devon in and focussing on the beautiful photography that Spring can offer. Its got to be one of my favourite times of the year!!

This workshop will be limited to 3 people so that have my undivided attention throughout the entire day

Locations and time to arrive/location will be sent out around a week before the workshop is due to start

Itinerary:

  • I will cover everything on the workshop with regards to location planning and timings, getting us to and from locations, all I need from you is a basic understanding of your camera

  • Each workshop is completely unique due to the weather, time of year. No matter what your current camera experience or no matter what gear you have, you will be able to come away with improvements in your photography and the skill set to better your photography moving forwards

  • We can break the day up, by grabbing an early lunch/late breakfast, talking over post processing techniques and I will bring my laptop to offer some assistance here too. If you’d like to also bring a laptop along, by all means do so.

Included:

  • Photography tuition from Ben Kapur for the entire workshop

  • Best techniques and advice for planning your photography, what to look for and what not to look for

Excluded:

  • Accommodation (I can give you recommendations if you require)

  • Insurance (Gear, Health or Accident)

  • Food and refreshments (please bring yourself a drink or a flash for the colder mornings)

  • Camera gear (please make sure you bring your own camera gear)

  • Camera

  • Lenses (recommend 16-35/24-70/70-200)

  • Tripod

  • Filters

  • Memory cards

  • Batteries

  • Sturdy waterproof footwear


The workshop will last around 7/8 hours,
